Pannel-Heat Israel Ltd. ("Pannel-Heat", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to pannel-heat.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us in forms and the calculator: name, phone, email, town, message, and calculator data (room sizes, region, ceiling height and the result).
- How you reached the site: campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) when you arrive from an ad. They are stored in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with the form so we know which advertising works.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page the form was sent from — for security and spam prevention.
- Measurement tools: the site uses Google Tag Manager and, through it, Google and Meta (Facebook) analytics and advertising tools, which may use cookies.
You are under no legal obligation to give us these details; you provide them voluntarily. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.
2. How we use it
- To get back to you, answer your questions and give you a quote.
- To manage your inquiry and your project if you go ahead.
- To improve the site and measure advertising.
- Marketing messages (updates and offers by email or WhatsApp) — only if you ticked the consent box in the form. The box is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link, by replying "stop" on WhatsApp, or by contacting us.
3. Where it is stored and who it is shared with
Inquiries are stored in Pannel-Heat's internal customer management system, on a secure server in Israel, accessible only to the Pannel-Heat team with personal login. We do not sell or rent personal information. It may only be shared with service providers that help us run the site and systems (hosting, email, WhatsApp, measurement), to the extent needed; with the installer carrying out your installation, if you ordered one; or when required by law.
4. Retention
Inquiry details are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry, the project and the system warranty, and as required by law, then deleted or archived. You may ask for earlier deletion.
5. Security
The site is encrypted (HTTPS); our systems are secured and access is restricted and logged. No online security is perfect.
