The same principle as underfloor heating — along the bottom of the wall
Heating elements sit inside a 12 cm panel that runs along the walls. Cool air sinking to the floor meets the warm panel, heats up and rises — so the whole room warms by natural convection, with no draft and no hot spots.
The panel warms up
The elements inside the panel warm the base of the walls evenly, around the whole room.
The heat rises
Warm air rises naturally and spreads through the room. The walls hold the heat instead of losing it straight to the ceiling.
Even warmth
Because heat comes from the entire perimeter, there are no cold corners and no overheated spots.
Healthy heat
No dry air, no dust or allergens blown around, no noise. Suitable for children's rooms too.
Why is it more efficient?
Home heating works in one of three ways: fan heaters and air conditioners that push hot air (often drying it and heating unevenly); radiant heaters that warm one spot; and natural convection — like a fireplace, underfloor heating, radiators and Pannel-Heat. Convection is the most pleasant and efficient way to heat a whole room.
- Heat goes straight into the room — it does not have to pass through flooring and insulation layers first.
- The walls hold the heat instead of it rising straight to the ceiling, so the room reaches temperature faster.
- Each room is controlled separately: heat only the rooms you use, only when you need them.
- Switch on and off as needed — a big advantage in spring and autumn, when nights are cold and days are warm.

Pannel-Heat was founded with a simple goal: to develop the most efficient, comfortable and healthy home heating system — one that can be installed in an existing home without renovation. After years in the field we saw the drawbacks of the familiar methods and built something different: some of its components are patented, installation is simple enough for self-assembly, and it is intuitive to use. How is Pannel-Heat different from underfloor heating or an air conditioner?
Pannel-Heat heats by natural convection: cool air near the floor touches the warm panel, warms up and rises, so heat spreads evenly through the room — with no airflow and no drying. Unlike underfloor heating, there is no need to lift the floor and you feel the heat within minutes. Unlike an air conditioner, there is no draft, no noise and no dust blown around.
Where exactly is it installed?
In place of the standard skirting boards along the walls, about 12 cm high. It takes no wall space and does not stick out into the room — from the outside it looks like a regular decorative skirting board.
Is the heat even throughout the house?
Yes. Because heat comes from the whole perimeter of the room rather than one point, there are no hot spots or cold corners. The temperature stays balanced between floor, walls and ceiling.
Is it healthy heat?
It does not dry the air, does not blow dust or allergens around, and does not overheat your feet. An official radiation test was carried out on the system and the results are normal — the report is published on the site.
Can I install it myself?
The system was designed for simple installation, and many customers install it themselves with our full guide. The electrical points are prepared by an electrician. You can also have it installed by installers who work with us.
Is it energy efficient?
Heat goes straight into the room — it does not pass through flooring and insulation first and does not escape straight to the ceiling. Each room is also controlled separately, so you heat only what you need, when you need it.
How long until I feel the heat?
A few minutes. That is one of the big differences from underfloor heating, which warms up through the floor and has to be switched on hours in advance.
Can I start with one room?
Yes. The system is modular: it is installed room by room, with separate control for each room. Start with one room and expand later.
Where is the system made?
Pannel-Heat is developed in Israel by a company based in Herzliya. It is approved by the Standards Institution of Israel and built for the Israeli 230V grid.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a manufacturer's warranty on the heating elements. Details are in the warranty policy.
